This 1-day course introduces a culturally reflective practice model that focuses on building stronger and more effective relationships, by identifying and highlighting ways to adapt business practice, communication skills, and service approach when working with a culturally diverse client base as well as colleagues.
Developed in consultation with the Department of Family and Community Services, the skills learned are adaptable to a range of organisations and service providers.
