This 1-day workshop assists in developing an empowered approach to work, that recognises the strengths of community, relationships and individuals whilst facilitating a positive outcome.

Explore the application of the strengths based approach by focusing on possibilities, strengths, capacities and hope, to arrive at respectful solutions to challenging situations in all aspects of life, whilst also discovering some of your own strengths.

This course develops practice ready skills, useful strategies and tools of the strengths based approach, and demonstrates how they can be applied to both professional and personal life.

•Discover the fundamentals of the strengths based approach
•Learn how to use strengths based tools and techniques
•Explore the ways you might use the approach and discover some of your own strengths
•Apply the strengths based approach to a range of areas from personal life to work
