Making it Matter: Increasing your Corporate Volunteering ROI by Creating Transformative Experiences

Details

Increase the ROI of your corporate volunteering program by better understanding the neuroscience behind pro-social behaviour. Together we will explore the difference between transactional volunteering and transformative volunteering and use this understanding to examine a recent study of corporate volunteering conducted in Canada which aimed to assess the financial value employees who volunteer bring to the bottom line. Ultimately, we will see how corporate volunteering programs may represent the most effective tool available to address the most serious social and environmental issues facing humanity today.

This workshop is suitable for organisations that have existing corporate volunteering programs, as well as those that don’t currently use corporate volunteers but are keen to learn more.

Volunteering Victoria would like to thank Deloitte Australia for kindly offering venue space to hold this workshop.
