About us

VAC grew out of and works closely with those communities most affected by HIV in Victoria. VAC employs around 90 staff members, across various program areas and aims to improve the health and social and emotional well-being of the Victorian HIV positive and gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and intersex (GLBTI) communities, with a particular investment in bringing the HIV/AIDS epidemic to an end.

To achieve this aim, VAC:
• Deliver HIV prevention, education and health promotion to gay men.
