The Fundraising Manager of this progressive organisation will provide inspirational leadership and direction to a capable team of five direct reports and staff to enhance their contemporary fundraising strategies. Working closely with senior members of the marketing and leadership team, your goal is to develop and implement innovative programs to achieve ambitious growth targets across a broad portfolio of fundraising channels.

Using your entrepreneurial flair and ability to identify new fundraising opportunities in traditional areas such as donor development & stewardship; individual giving; bequest development; regular giving; community fundraising and raffles, you will also be encouraged to develop strategies in the digital fundraising space.

This stimulating and complex role demands a strategic and enthusiastic fundraiser with sound marketing expertise – a leader with the intellect, strength and energy to devise and implement effective and outcomes-focused programs to optimise the future success of HWNS.
