Financial Controller (Part-time)

Reporting to the CEO, the Financial Controller’s role is primarily to:
• ensure an efficient, effective and timely Management Account Preparation and Reporting System (incl consolidation of entities)
• develop the annual budget and on-going forecast systems
• develop and maintain a system for forecasting sales, profitability and cash
• ensure all general accounting, statutory reporting and taxation obligations are met
• provide team leadership
• manage process improvement and ad hoc projects.
The successful applicant will have:
• CA/CPA qualifications
• 5+ years experience as Financial Controller, Senior Finance or Divisional Finance Manager prefer with large NFP (turnover $5m+)
• strong leadership qualities; experience in managing medium-large teams
• experience with Castaway forecasting software advantageous
• exceptional, positive and nurturing communication skills
• efficient organisation and administration skills
• excellent Microsoft application skills.

Excellent remuneration of $90k (FTE) + super + salary sacrifice up to the maximum of $16,000 per annum is being offered for the right candidate.
