The role:
The General Manager, Marketing and Communications purpose is to lead the overall brand, marketing campaigns and corporate communications to achieve overall goals. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Leadership of the Marketing and Communications Teams: Provide planning, leadership and management to the teams to achieve and exceed strategic plans
- Strategic and Operational Planning: Organisational growth and leadership as you develop and implement marketing strategy
- Client Service Marketing: Ensure marketing plans are implemented across multiple channels to increase the value of the message
- Internal and External Communications: Engage internal and external stakeholders
Skills required:
- Successful track record leading Marketing and Communication teams with 10 years’ experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strategic approach
- Proven stakeholder management across all levels
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategy
- Proven ability to develop budgets, recruit, retain, coach and supervise teams
- The ability to work both collaboratively and independently whilst remaining flexible
- Knowledge of NDIS would be highly valued though not essential
