Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 8+ years of consulting and / or industry experience to lead complex strategic advisory projects for a wide range of clients. Working across the entire project lifecycle, you will consult with our clients to understand their pain points, uncover strategic opportunities, conduct research and perform complex analysis, stress test ideas and provide thorough, data-driven recommendations.

What we are looking for:
• At least 8+ years industry and/or consulting experience preferably within advisory disciplines, preferably strategy
• Full command over the tools and frameworks of the trade such as business and financial modeling, strategic planning and analysis tools, project management methodologies, etc.
• Proven ability to initiate and design client advisory projects, working with a high level of ambiguity
• Experience in driving sustainable change within organisations i.e. commercialisation, mergers and acquisitions
• Comfortable interacting directly with our clients up to the C-level
• Experience working with services and people-based organisations such as NFP’s, government organisations or professional services firms
• Someone with an individual network of previous clients, contacts and industry thought leaders
• Interest and passion for supporting NFP, social business and corporate partnerships
• Masters -level qualifications preferred.
