Overview
We are currently seeking a Client Support Officer to join our growing client service team. We are looking for someone who is excited about working in the “Giving” space, someone that has experience with financial software and an interest in technology. We are a small team of 24 (16 based in North Sydney), and we are very passionate about the opportunities that lie ahead in this developing sector.
Our clients are some of the biggest and most well known organisations in Australia and New Zealand. You can be a key part in the support and administration of their Workplace Giving programs via our state-of-the-art online platform.
Position Responsibilities
Provide Good2Give product support to clients, trouble-shooting where necessary
Train Payroll Managers, over the phone and face to face on how to use Good2Give
Provide significant support to Client Relations Managers to implement Good2Give into new clients and manage any issues that may arise with existing clients and charities, which may require face-to-face prospect/client visits, running webinars, etc
Overall responsibility for the administration of Workplace Giving donations
Plus a number of other tasks, including opportunities to assist on special projects.
Requirements and Attributes
Minimum three years’ experience (with two years’ in a similar product or client support role)
Customer service minded
Experience or understanding of payroll or finance software is desirable
Excellent numerical / analytical skills
Strong administrative skills
High level of initiative and enthusiasm, a real self-starter
Enjoys a laugh and looking for a team role where they can build a career.
