Regional Manager North West Murray

You will lead and manage a diverse team of service delivery professionals across the North West – Murray geographical region to deliver exceptional service and actively engage clients, carers, families, staff, volunteers and the broader community.
You will work in close collaboration with a number of stakeholders (nationally) to continue to build a service culture emphasising person centred practices, flexible and agile service delivery as well as autonomy and effective decision making. You will inform, encourage and support clients’ adoption of person-centred services and meeting future needs within a changing funding environment. You will also deliver key elements of Vision Australia’s strategy to address organisational challenges such as productivity improvement and financial and clinical sustainability.
Essential for this position is extensive change management experience with proven ability in influencing and implementing strategy. You will have demonstrated experience developing and leading a team with a focus on high performance including productivity. Your ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes will ensure that you are successful in the role.
