Administration Officer

Women’s Health Victoria (WHV) is an independent Victorian state-wide women’s health promotion organisation. We work collaboratively with health professionals, policy makers and community organisations to influence and inform health policy and service delivery for women. By incorporating a gendered approach to health promotion, we aim to reduce inequality and improve health outcomes for women.

WHV is seeking a committed, competent and dynamic Administration Officer. The Administration Officer will primarily provide administrative support to the Policy & Health Promotion Team, including in relation to event management, training support, website updates, communications and reporting. The position will also provide support to the Business Services Team with business processes and governance systems.

You will be an experienced administrator, with excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities and timelines, competency in Microsoft Office software and demonstrated skills in coordination of events. Experience in health promotion or public health will be an advantage.

This role is three days a week (0.6 EFT) for a period of 12 months to end June 2017.
