Chief Executive Officer

Brite Services is a not for profit Australian Disability Enterprise located in the northern region providing employment and training for people with a disability for the past 40 years.

We are currently seeking to engage a Chief Executive Officer in a full time capacity to lead the team, working for the Board of Directors during this challenging but exciting transition to NDIS.

The CEO will drive the development and implementation of the Strategic Plan, Budget and Annual Business plans together with the management team for presentation to the Board of Directors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a strong social enterprise that is financially viable and sustainable which operates on both social justice principles and sound business management practice.

Qualified in business and or human services with a solid understanding of disability and the not for profit sector.

Knowledge of education and training would be advantageous

A proven track record as CEO or Senior Management experience is required.

Must hold a current drivers licence and be willing to undergo a police check prior to engagement

Salary to be negotiated commensurate with experience, salary packaging is available.
