WDEA, a highly reputable and successful organisation, is seeking to appoint a new CEO due to retirement of its long standing and highly respected CEO. The organisation delivers a diverse portfolio of services covering employment, training, social enterprises and disability programs.
If you have strong leadership skills, a strategic business mind and passion for supporting people in regional communities this will challenge and stimulate you. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate experience in one or more areas of business enterprise, employment and disability services supported with a proven background in leading organisations through strategic growth and change. Your primary responsibilities would include:

• Leading an experienced executive team and total workforce of more than 400 people, driving a high performance culture throughout 13 locations
• Formulating and executing strategic direction and overseeing a high performing operational structure across all business segments
• Positioning the organisation financially and strategically to respond to changing policy environments
• Advocating for clients through your demonstrated networks within the employment and disability sectors
• Management of, and accountability to, a Board of Directors.
