Recent changes at this leading Catholic College for boys have opened opportunities for an experienced and visionary fundraiser to update its fundraising traditions with fresh and contemporary techniques.

A progressive Principal, Board and Leadership Team are eager to collaborate with a fundraising expert who will take, grow and develop their ideas – and others – into a modern strategic plan that can engage the entire College community.

An integral part of your remit will be to review the present fundraising program, formulate plans for progress, respectfully communicate incipient changes and implement new projects and programs to bring fresh sources of funds into the College.

You will manage all aspects of the College Development Office, including the College Foundation, as well as forming relationships with other stakeholders and helping to coordinate the efforts of other fund raising support groups.

In liaison with the College Leadership Team, alumni organisations and other groups both within and outside of the College, you will draw on your tact and diplomacy, influencing skills and expertise to ensure that all aspects of the College’s reputation and brand management remain impeccable.
A resourceful self-starter, with significant experience in a comparable role, you are well presented, exude confidence and warmth and are a skilled negotiator who is socially and personally at ease in any company.

A highly principled individual with a strong work ethic, who continually exercises integrity, discretion, tact and a keen appreciation of confidentiality, your previous work reflects a devotion to the advancement of young people, particularly through education.

Proficient with information technology, well connected and socially graceful and with excellent person-to-person skills, you need to bring an understanding of the College’s ethos and the willingness to operate professionally and respectfully within its culture.
