Enquiries and Information Officer – Adult Learning

This role is critical to the success of the Adult Learning team at Gowrie Victoria.  It is the first point of contact for all adult learning inquiries and as such is important in assisting the Adult Learning Team to understand our client’s needs, wants and expectations and ensures that all client inquiries are followed up in an appropriate and timely manner.  The role supports the Team Leader Adult Learning Development to report on the retail sales and business development pipelines and ensures that reporting is efficient, accurate and on time.  You will ensure that our customer service systems and processes are as seamless as possible and suggest ways to improve the systems and actively address issues which arise.

Selection Criteria

To be the successful applicant you will have:
• Advanced spread-sheeting skills and advanced database reporting skills and Powerpoint
• Demonstrated strong, proactive approach to problem solving to meet client needs
• Demonstrated ability to analyse and report on data about customers / clients
• Strong customer service skills – phone, email and in person
• Ability to identify and explain customer needs and requirements to internal GV staff
• Demonstrated ability to initiate conversations and actions to improve processes and systems
• Demonstrated ability to improve customer service processes and systems
• Ability to provide support to team across all aspects of administration and business development work
