The role
The Field Operations Consultant reports to the General Manager
•Implement the clients onsite customer service program
•Deliver professional training & briefing sessions
•Conduct system & safety audits
•Review & update training materials and operational efficiencies
•Maintain relationships with clients identifying sales opportunities
•Work closely and cooperatively with internal staff
•Other duties as required
Skills required
•Relevant level of specialised experience
•Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
•Proven stakeholder management experience across all levels
•The ability to work both collaboratively and independently whilst remaining flexible
•Sense of priority & attention to detail
•Problem solving ability
•Courteous and cooperative attitude to customer service
•Cert 1V Training & Assessment
•Experience with Salesforce would be an advantage
•Drivers’ license
