Big Fat Smile is a leading provider of children’s services, headquartered in the coastal town of Corrimal, 80 minutes south of Sydney. The organisation has a reputation for excellence and is underpinned by a strategic commitment to quality, creativity and inclusion.

The Company delivers major inclusion programs for children and families across Eastern Australia for the Australian Government and operates 30 long day care centres and preschools, 12 school age care services, two art studios and an art gallery. The service footprint extends across Sydney, the Illawarra, Wollondilly, Southern Highlands and Southern Tablelands.

The Positions
We are seeking dynamic, innovative managers, who can demonstrate exceptional strategic leadership experience and achievements to ensure excellence in service provision and contribute effectively to business growth.
The General Manager reports directly to the CEO & Managing Director and is accountable for providing strategic leadership for their assigned portfolio and functions:
General Manager, Development and Finance
Strategic planning /Finance / Business development / Marketing & partnerships

General Manager, Corporate Services
HR Management / Employee engagement / Information & Communications Technology / Procurement/Supply management

General Manager, Operations
Operations management/ Creative Arts Services / Inclusion Programs / Cultural Programs / Community & sustainability programs

General Manager, Governance and Risk/General Counsel
Governance & Legal (including General Counsel/ Company Secretary services) / Policy & Compliance / Industrial relations / Child protection / Workplace Health & safety
