Djerriwarrh Community & Education Services (Djerriwarrh) is a dynamic community organisation which has been delivering high quality education, training and youth services in the western suburbs of Melbourne for over 26 years.
The Individual Support Services Manager is a new position at Djerriwarrh and will be responsible for the implementation and roll out of the Reconnect: Engagement and Learning Support Grant Program (Reconnect), as well as overseeing the delivery of Springboard and School Focused Youth Service (SFYS).
Djerriwarrh is delivering Reconnect in partnership with Yarraville Community Centre.
Djerriwarrh is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and committed manager to work with and support a team of staff to work effectively with young people assisting them to engage with education, training and/or employment. This position is based across Melton and Sunshine.
