About the role
Doncare is a not for profit agency that provides services to the most vulnerable and disadvantaged residents of Manningham and surrounding suburbs, providing high quality services in the areas of Counselling, Social Support, Family Services and practical assistance.
The Marketing and Media Coordinator is responsible for driving all marketing initiatives for Doncare with a focus on increasing brand awareness and helping raise Doncare’s profile both within Manningham and in the broader community. Key focus areas are to develop the organisation’s marketing communications and social media strategies.
The position requires a self-motivated individual who has the ability to manage and oversee multiple tasks simultaneously and has high attention to detail. They will use their strong analytical skills, problem solving abilities and communications skills to help lead marketing campaigns that will deliver measureable outcomes for Doncare. The individual must be adaptive and open to change, and able to manage interruptions while continuing to deliver on agreed tasks. An ability to work with and assist many different types of people is mandatory.
The position 0.6 EFT and will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
