Operations Manager

Do you have a flare for getting organised and staying organised? Do you like to air-traffic-control multiple complex projects simultaneously? Are you a systems thinker with great attention to detail?
Leadership Victoria is looking for an enthusiastic Operations Manager to help deliver our mission of “exceptional leaders for a better world”. We run a multitude of leadership programs and activities and a host of community projects every year, involving thousands of people. Our dedicated team needs a go-to person to help systematise and harmonise all this activity.
This is an interesting, varied role in a dedicated team working for a great purpose.
All this in a dynamic, fun, hard-working team environment, based a few steps from Parliament Station in the glorious heritage-listed Old Treasury Building, overlooking parks and gardens and close to the best of Melbourne’s CBD.
