About the role

This two-day per week role works closely with the General Manager to develop and manage relationships, initiatives and events, raise awareness of The Song Company and generate revenue.

The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for:
– Developing, managing and implementing the annual Partnerships Plan.
– Managing and retaining current, and developing new Partners.
– Meeting annual revenue targets.

Key challenges for the Partnerships Manager will be:
– Utilising own networks and contacts to appropriately promote The Song Company’s partnership opportunities, concerts and events.
– Maximising partnerships, and subscription and single ticket sales through specific campaigns.
– Increasing partnership revenue into sustainable annual targets.
– Responding to multiple demands across the organisation as needed.
– Working flexibly to attend and support events and concerts as required (including weekends).
