Relationship Manager

This is a great opportunity to work with an International non-government organisation. This role is situated within the Corporate and Community Engagement team (CCE) of WaterAid Australia.

We are seeking a charismatic person who shares the objectives of WaterAid and has proven ability to work effectively with other senior staff and volunteers.

The Organisation
WaterAid is an international NGO providing safe domestic water, sanitation and hygiene education to the world’s poorest people.
We help local organisations establish low cost, sustainable projects using technology that can be locally managed.

The Role
The Relationship Manager is responsible for developing corporate participation in our annual fundraising events and for generating major gift revenue from trusts, foundations and individuals.

Person Specification
The successful applicant for this exciting position will have had at least 3 years’ successful experience in portfolio management and face-to-face solicitations, as well as demonstrated ability to identify, write and submit grant proposals for private and public trusts and foundations.
