The Office of Alumni Relations and Philanthropy (AR&P) is responsible for the leadership and delivery of key strategic fundraising & engagement programs to support the priorities of ANU and for developing and sustaining positive relations with alumni and donors.

AR&P is now embarking on a further stage of exciting growth including the creation of a new Donor Relations and Communications portfolio.

The Senior Manager, Donor Relations and Communications will be responsible for setting and implementing the donor relations and communications strategies for AR&P as well as building and managing a highly service-oriented team.

Fundamental to success in this role will be a proven track record in relationship management, as well as an understanding of the principles and techniques of fundraising and alumni relations programs.  Substantial experience developing and implementing communications and engagement strategies to a broad range of stakeholder groups, and delivering analysis and reporting on same, is also essential.

Strong leadership ability combined with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and reporting skills are crucial to work successfully and collaboratively across a complex and multi-disciplinary team.
