About the role
Do you have extensive experience managing an aged or community care organisation and know the sector? Are you ready for a new challenge?
Are you interested in mentoring and coaching small community organisations in regional and rural NSW and ACT?
ACS is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to work part time in this specialised project team to support smaller regional, rural and remote aged care providers.
We are looking for a person with knowledge of the Aged Care Reforms and the impact on the sector.
You will require extensive experience in:
• Community development
• Project management
• Community capacity building
• Management systems and Continuous Improvement principles
• Problem solving and independent judgement
Hours: 7 days fortnight
Contract to 30 June 2017
