About the role
Ronald McDonald House Charities® (RMHC) creates, finds and supports programs across Australia that help seriously ill children and their families. The cornerstone program of RMHC is the Ronald McDonald House® program, providing accommodation across Australia for families with a seriously ill child being treated at nearby hospitals.
Reporting to the National Manager – Relationships and Communications you will manage Direct Marketing Strategy and be responsible for developing and managing a range of new direct marketing programs – the key focus being on establishing a new Face 2 Face program. Working in a results-driven, high pressure environment, you will need to be adept at building responsive, collaborative and well-connected relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Superior fundraising expertise is essential , together with a demonstrated track record of acquiring, developing & retaining supporters in a profitable manner utilising all aspects of integrated marketing and Face 2 Face. You will need solid project management and CRM database skills.
