Vision Australia is seeking a Regional Practice Leader to partner with our Regional Business Manager and provide person centred transdisciplinary (clinical) supervision across a diverse team of service delivery professionals across the Queensland South and Northern NSW geographical region as well as providing support to North Queensland as required.

Having the flexibility to implement change, while being supported by a larger Regional Practice Leaders network, you will partner with the Regional Business Manager to build and deliver a service culture emphasising person centred practices, flexible and agile service delivery as well as autonomy and effective decision making amongst service providers. Day to day you will support the delivery of exceptional service and actively engage clients, carers, families, staff, volunteers and the broader community at our offices in Coffs Harbour, Lismore, Robina, Townsville and Cairns.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a role that draws upon your own personal experiences as a qualified Allied Health or equivalent provider and work with our service providers to help support behavioural change across a large region. Having a background or understanding in adult learning and skills in a reflective practice will also help you in this role.
