The Head of Professional Standards Unit & Quality will report at Executive level. This unique and challenging role will provide strategic leadership in two critical areas for TSA:
– driving a healthy and strong culture of child safety and protection which is embedded into the TSA culture
– leading the implementation and ongoing management of the policy framework and driving the development and implementation of a quality framework and associated processes across the whole of organisation nationally
For this crucial and influential position you will need at least 10 years’ experience in a leadership role that includes responsibility for managing professional standards, child/vulnerable people protection and possess a deep understanding of relevant legislation and associated regulatory requirements.
You will also require solid practical experience in quality processes and frameworks. Post graduate qualifications in social work/social sciences and/or experience in child related/human services
are essential.
