HEAD OF FUNDRAISING

Reporting to a down-to-earth and progressive CEO your role is to develop and progress the strategic directions and management of the fundraising program. You will be responsible for delivering strategic and operational leadership for overall fundraising & revenue generation to grow and diversify income, and drive the organisation’s effectiveness and impact.

As an important member of the leadership team you will be a strategic thinker and a ‘people person’ who can build genuine relationships. This high level role demands a professional with extensive experience in fundraising, and the ability to generate funds through multiple donor channels – an innovator who approaches things differently from conventional ‘campaign type’ fundraising. A new area to be developed is funding for research to find a cure for epilepsy.

For this exciting challenge you must be a confident and strategic leader with a proven track record in fundraising underpinned by appropriate qualifications. You should have experience working in a collegiate environment and be able to set priorities for the Fundraising team. Experience in managing diverse fundraising strategies will be highly regarded.
