SUMMARY
On Saturday 6th August we really need your support as a volunteer at the Westfield Give Ability Day 2016.
Westfield are fantastic supporters of the Centre. Since 2014 they have raised in excess of $320,000 and allowed us to add our fantastic Resource Centre to the building.
At Give Ability Day the Cora Barclay Centre provides volunteers to help collect donations, hand out balloons and have fun at each of the 3 Westfield malls – Marion, West Lakes or Tea Tree Plaza. You can volunteer anytime between 9am and 5pm. But to try and make things easier we have split the day into 3 shifts:
9am – 11.30am
11.30 – 2.00pm
2.00pm – 5pm
If you would like to help, but can’t do one of these shifts, please just email us your availability and we will do our best to ensure you get a suitable time.
Children are welcome to come and help (in fact some of our best fundraisers last year were the kids!) but they do need to be accompanied by an adult.
Westfield will supply you with a lovely Give Ability Day t-shirt and if you are extra nice to your Cora Barclay Centre staff member looking after your mall they might bring you a choccie for sustenance!
