About the role
CHANGE THE WORLD 60 CHILDREN AT A TIME!
Symphony For Life Foundation is looking for a number of passionate volunteers to provide some assistance in researching information for the Foundation, established to bring social change to Australian children and youth living in disadvantage through wonderful, rich and expansive longterm music programs. We are in need of your help, particularly in the following areas:
- youth statistics and data
- demographics
- granting organisations
- funding opportunities
- other research
Time required is only a few hours a week – nothing too arduous. If you are interested in helping and being involved with the Foundation, and helping change the world through our children, of if you know of someone who is, please contact us.
Symphony For Life Foundation is conceived as a nationally based social enterprise, established to encourage, develop and support sustainable intensive music-based social development programs for children and youth at risk in in communities experiencing disadvantage. It gives them the opportunity to partake in a rich and powerful music program through participation in orchestras and choirs. It is a positive, encouraging and empowering program that delivers an excellent return on investment in social capital within the community, and transforms young lives.
