Time required : 8 meetings per year, usually in the afternoons and evenings Participation in Board subcommittees or strategic initiatives, optional
Duration of project : Directors are appointed for terms of up to three years and may be re-appointed. After serving three consecutive terms (9 years), a 12-month break is required before being eligible for re-appointment.
