It is every young person’s responsibility to take a positive role shaping the future of our planet, and we believe that every young person deserves the chance, and tools, to fulfil their potential. We provide young people with self-driven, practical, global experiences. We enable them to see the world, make a real difference and discover what truly matters to them – all while creating a positive social impact.

Our Services

YOUTH LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE (YLX) IS AIESEC AUSTRALIA LTD’S NEW PLATFORM FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AROUND AUSTRALIA TO ENGAGE IN SELF-DEVELOPMENT THROUGH PRACTICAL LEARNING.

Our YLX programs includes events and initiatives from youth-held workshops, leadership development webinars with experts, to panel discussions with industry leaders and cross-cultural events. No matter which university you attend, there is something for everyone!

Our programs are divided into 3 initiatives – Youth to Business, Youth United, and Youth Academy.

Our Beneficiaries

AIESEC works with University Students, aged 18-30 in the following locations:

  • University of Western Australia
  • Curtin University
  • Queensland University of Technology
  • University of New South Wales
  • University of Sydney
  • Macquarie University
  • University of Technology Sydney
  • Australian National University
  • Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology
  • University of Melbourne
  • Monash University
