Our Mission / Objective

Anglicare Victoria works with children and families to build better tomorrows.

We work with them to: find solutions for children in need, create opportunities and pathways for young people, provide tools and support for families to stay together.

We find innovative ways to overcome challenges. And to make the system better. We help children and families reach their full potential. And improve life for everyone.

WE WORK FOR BETTER.

Our Services

Out-of-Home Care – We are one of Victoria’s largest providers of out-of-home care including foster care, kinship care, residential care and youth housing options.

Family Services – We offer a variety of programs that help support and empower families such as family violence counselling, parent education programs and relationship counselling.

Specialist Support – We offer a range of specialist support with financial issues, drug and alcohol abuse issues and legal issues as well as localised support in regional areas of the state.

Emergency Relief – Our emergency relief programs assist families and individuals who struggle on very low incomes and are facing crises such as illness, violence, homelessness and family breakdown.

Parish Partnerships – Through key partnerships with Anglican parishes, we have developed services that meet the specific needs of various communities around Victoria. Projects are often run by volunteers and vary in type according to the specific needs of each location.
