Our Mission / Objective

To enable those living in poverty to achieve economic empowerment through responsible financial inclusion and capability development.

Our Services

Good Return is an international organisation focused sustainable, localised change. We combat inequality and exclusion by working within existing financial ecosystems and partner with local institutions to deliver ethical and inclusive services.  We support the provision of responsible and inclusive financial services to local entrepreneurs, alongside education and business training to women and other excluded groups to build confidence and financial capability.  We create real impact on people’s lives and have powerful stories to share.

Our Beneficiaries

We enable those who are marginalised and excluded to achieve economic empowerment. We focus on women because they face many barriers to economic participation and financial independence, and we know that empowering a woman is also helping her family, community and economy.

Projects in Progress

Good Return’s award-winning Impact Investing program identifies and supports small to medium sized businesses in agricultural value chains that play a vital role in bringing jobs and income to people living in poverty, especially women.

Our microloan program provides women with access to responsible microloans, often combined with financial education and business training. Borrowers are usually starting or striving to grow their enterprise, and so become important contributors to their family’s livelihood and future security.

Good Return’s financial education ‘CAFE initiative’ aims to improve the well-being of low-income populations by boosting their financial capability and as a result, their self-confidence.

Good Return’s Responsible Inclusive Finance Academy (RIF) works to strengthen the capacity of the microfinance sector to extend financial inclusion to the poorest and most vulnerable members of their communities.
