Interchange Loddon-Mallee Region promotes communities that value the human rights and contribution of all people, embrace diversity and encourage full and active participation.

* Assist-Life Stage, Transition

* Personal Activities High

* Participate Community

*** Our highly trained Support Staff and Program Coordinators can provide support within the above categories by providing:

* Individualised and personalised support options.

* Community Access and Social Participation support

* Social Groups for Teens & Adults

* Afternoon (After school & After Day-Placement) Programs

* Play Group (for Under 6 year olds)

* Personal care support

* Holiday Programs - Camps - Trips away - Overnight stays
