Our Mission / Objective

KYDS exists to reduce the incidence and severity of mental health issues amongst young people in Northern Sydney. We do this by providing easily accessed responsive and professional counselling at our centres in Lindfield and Hornsby, and by  taking important early intervention workshops and support groups into school and community settings across the region.

Our Services

KYDS provides two key services to the community:

Easily-accessed, confidential and professional one-to-one counselling and mental health support for young people 12 - 18 years of age, helping them understand and effectively manage issues such as anxiety, bullying, depression, grief, loss, relationship breakdowns, stress, self harm and suicidal thoughts and actions;
