How to help us

Wills and Bequests

Bequest are invaluable and genuinely appreciated as they enable us to expand our facilities and our work to continue saving more and more companion animals from being killed. If you’re considering a bequest to Save-A-Dog Scheme and you’d like to speak to us about it, please ring our founder and president, Pam Weaver, on (03) 9885 1188.

The following bequest clause is recommended for insertion into the wills of potential benefactors. Thank you for considering the animals.

“I BEQUEATH to SAVE-A-DOG SCHEME INC A0004567T, ABN 71 887 339 646 (“the Association”) the sum of (AMOUNT IN WORDS) dollars (AMOUNT IN FIGURES) free of all duties, to be applied by the Association in pursuit of the purposes provided for in its Constitution and I DECLARE the receipt of the secretary treasurer or other proper officer of the Association shall be a complete discharge to my Trustee for any moneys paid to the Association.”
