Our Mission / Objective

Vision: Stroke Association of Victoria Inc is a vibrant community organisation that encourages and promotes equality and opportunity for stroke survivors and their families. Mission: The purpose of Stroke Association of Victoria Inc is to promote support to all Stroke Survivors and their families, to lobby Government and Local Government to provide specific services to assist Stroke Survivors in their recovery and help maintain their confidence, dignity and quality of life after Stroke. * Advocacy and Membership Services * Emotional and Moral Support * Develop and assist with developing new support groups and SERVICES * Educational and Social opportunities for the stroke community * Visitations at the Acute stages to support the families, providing information that will give encouragement.

Projects in Progress

Premises to provide a central point for members to receive counselling, share experiences, join exercise classes, use library and other resources as required.
