Our Mission / Objective

Our mission is to enrich the lives of people with a disability by creating choice, opportunities and skills for life. Our vision is excellence in supporting people with intellectual disabilities. Our values are respect, trust, honesty and innovation.

Our Services

Home - residential group home support, independent living with drop in support, personal care and skill building to increase independence in the home. Community - day programs, flexible respite care, centre based respite, recreational programs, creative arts and skill building programs to increase social participation. Employment - supported employment in our Australian Disability Enterprises, skill development to transition to and maintain employment. Choices - plan management, financial management and specialised services provided by trained clinicians.

Our Beneficiaries

Sunnyfield supports over 1800 people and their families in NSW throughout Metropolitan Sydney, the Central Coast, Hunter and New England.

Projects in Progress

Sunnyfield is a recipient of the ASX-Thomson Reuters Charity Foundation Art Union and we need your help.
Every dollar raised from ticket sales goes directly to Sunnyfield and its Active Support program.
Sunnyfield has found that by supporting clients to do more things of choice for themselves, they are able to attain a degree of independence and contribute to their community. The result is an increased sense of worth and wellbeing, which dramatically improves their quality of life. This mode of support is called ‘Active Support’, which is not only about empowering clients to do more for themselves but also providing them with the opportunities to improve their skills. Volunteer with us

Over the years, wonderful individuals have donated many volunteer hours at Sunnyfield services across NSW. Sunnyfield is developing a growing portfolio of fundraising activities and welcomes volunteer support in all aspects of our fundraising. Examples could include raffle ticket selling, helping at events – either behind the scenes or in a more interactive role, or it could be one of our many office based roles.
