How to help us

Wills and Bequests

By leaving a bequest to Very Special Kids, you have the power to help many children with a life-threatening condition and their families who care for them.

While family and friends should rightly come first, the addition of a gift in your Will to a cause you are passionate about means you can touch many lives.

Your gift, in the form of a Bequest, will help ensure Very Special Kids is there, beyond your lifetime to continue to provide holistic support to each and every member of the family.

Your Bequest will help ensure Family Support, Sibling Support, Bereavement Support, Volunteers and other programs can continue to be available to every family who need us – today and tomorrow.

Your Bequest will also help keep the doors of the Very Special Kids Hospice open – a hospice that’s filled with the sounds of children laughing, playing and living! A hospice that provides respite, transition and end-of-life care. A hospice that’s very much ‘a home away from home’.

If you would like to learn more about how you can leave a Bequest to Very Special Kids, contact 03 9804 6222 or mail@vsk.org.au

General Donations

For as little as $24 a month you can help give a child 24 hour care and family support. Sign up today to cherish a child’s life.

$24 can help to support our 24-hour children’s hospice, which provides end-of-life and respite care to seriously sick children and their families.

$52 helps to cover weekly music and art therapies for children with life-threatening conditions.

$365 supports our Family Support Programs which provide support and counselling to parents and siblings of children with life-threatening conditions.

24 hours, 52 weeks, 365 days of the year here at Very Special Kids we care for children with life-threatening conditions and their families, during their most difficult days. An ongoing automatic donation of any amount not only helps change a life today, but it also helps us plan for a more hopeful future.

Being a regular donor makes donating simple, easy and rewarding. All donations are tax deductible and fund crucial services for children and families in need.

Please sign up today here.
