Creating Partnerships: How to Position Your Organisation to Welcome & Cultivate Corporate Volunteers

Details

What motivates employees to participate in your corporate volunteering program? Like you, they are busy with work, family, and life, and with so many options available for giving and volunteering, why in the world would anybody do it through the workplace? If you’re not asking that question, you should be – because your employees are!

Join Chris Jarvis and Angela Parker as we explore why successful employee volunteering programs begin by answering the question, “why will our employees choose to volunteer or give through the corporate program?” The answer to this question is fundamental to every piece of the engagement puzzle.

This workshop is suitable for organisations that have existing corporate volunteering programs, as well as those that don’t currently use corporate volunteers but are keen to learn more. The workshop runs from 2.30pm-4.00pm.

Volunteering Victoria would like to thank Deloitte Australia for kindly offering venue space to hold this event.
