This 1-day workshop provides an introduction to the evidence-based strategies for addressing and preventing relapse of addictive and other behavioural problems.
Although focused on the principles related to substance abuse, the strategies presented also apply well to other types of behavioural and cognitive changes. This workshop provides a variety of tools to assess risks, develop individually tailored plans, and implement skills for a more successful future.
