Details

To celebrate the launch of the 2021 Salary Survey, join the lead researchers in a FREE one-hour webinar. They’ll take you through the results and findings and discuss the future of the project and the importance of not-for-profit research.

Since 2013, the Pro Bono Australia Salary Survey has been helping not-for-profit organisations understand remuneration in the sector by mapping out trends and offering in-depth analysis that allows individuals and organisations to effectively benchmark their remuneration practices.

This year we partnered with the Australian Centre for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies at QUT to bring you an in-depth approach to the research and results of this year’s Salary Survey.

Join the session to hear from the researchers and find out how the 2021 Salary Survey can help you accurately benchmark your remuneration.

What we’ll cover:

  • The impact of COVID-19 on salary negotiations and remuneration.
  • How things like tenure, education levels and previous experience affect remuneration.
  • How performance targets are generally set within the sector and how these affect motivation.
  • Key findings from the data that you can use to help lead your organisation more positively.
  • The future of the team at QUT’s research and the importance of the research to the sector.

What can I expect to gain from this masterclass?

You’ll gain an understanding of the results of the Salary Survey, how to interpret them for your organisation in terms of benchmarking and how to use those results for the benefit of your staff and aid negotiation in pay reviews.

Who is this masterclass for?

This webinar will be most relevant for not-for-profit leaders, managers and HR staff, however anyone with an interest in how salaries are benchmarked in the sector should also attend.
