This Value Pack brings together important sessions that will help you create a more genuinely inclusive and diverse culture within your not-for-profit and beyond.

You’ll receive three webinars – a $150 value – for $99!

It’ll take you through:

  • How racism and bias can show up in our work and practical strategies to combat them
  • Developing inclusive communications and campaigns with diverse audiences in mind
  • The common challenges that not-for-profits face and opportunities to build successful, sustainable and high impact programs for and with traditionally marginalised communities
  • Tangible ways to bring these discussions to your organisation, including staff, funders, your board and other relevant stakeholders

What’s inside?

Building sustainable and high-impact programs for First Nations (and other historically marginalised) communities

Facilitator Adam Davids is a First Nations not-for-profit leader and Fulbright scholar. He has spent the past few years researching how some of the world’s longest-standing institutions are recognised for their impact in achieving social, economic and political justice for racial minority people – and how these learnings can be applied in the Australian context.

You’ll come away from this masterclass with a nuanced understanding of the common challenges that not-for-profits face and opportunities to build successful, sustainable and high impact programs

Engaging with diverse communities

How do we make sure our campaigns and communications are genuinely inclusive and that diverse communities feel seen? How can we find the insights we need to understand who we need to be talking to, and how to do it?

In this masterclass with ThinkHQ and CultureVerse, you’ll learn how to identify the communities you need to engage with, how best to engage with them and how to diversify and level-up your communications, campaigns and fundraising.

Strategies to understand and tackle racism and bias in the workplace

This important masterclass with Hueman Equity Consulting’s Phoebe Mwanza will take you through how to identify racism and bias in the workplace and share advice on what you can do to combat it.

This session will look at practical ways to actively reduce racism and bias through training, as well as how to embed processes, policies and behavioural expectations in your organisation to help create a workplace culture grounded in diversity and inclusion.
