This 3-hour interactive workshop will provide participants with practical skills to effectively manage and supervise volunteers. It will be delivered at an introductory level and will explore the principles that support successful teamwork, people management and effective communication within a best practice framework. Network with other people in the volunteering sector and discuss ways to ensure your volunteer program is built on sound practice.
