How to undertake a lighter-touch, phased evaluation to understand the impact of your programs

Whether you are a small, volunteer-run community organisation or a multi-million dollar NFP, measuring your social impact is crucial for demonstrating to funders, stakeholders and yourself that your programs are effective.

However, when you have limited evaluation capacity in-house and less options to collect and analyse impact data, how can you go about effectively and efficiently evaluating your programs?

This 60-minute session, presented by experienced evaluator Taimur Siddiqi, will use examples from organisations that have been supported and mentored to give you the ability to:

  • Understand your needs when evaluating a small scale program
  • Develop your theory of change and measure impact in phases
  • Analyse and report impact data

This webinar will give you a strategic insight into successfully implementing social impact measurement and evaluation that you can immediately utilise in your for-purpose organisation. Plus, you’ll be provided with a resource guide to ensure your learnings last.

Who should attend?
If you manage, commission, fund or report on the performance of your for-good organisation, including program managers / NFP executives / impact funders, then this webinar is for you.

This webinar is brought to you in partnership with The Incus Group.
