Details

Join this 60-minute session to learn how to review your strategy in light of the significant contextual shifts of 2020, and how to develop a strategy that drives both positive impact and financial sustainability.

It’s been a big year. The drastic changes we’re experiencing have thrown many strategic plans off course. Now, not-for-profit leaders need to be re-examining their strategies, to both ride out this wave and plan for the future.

To assist with this strategic refresh, this practical session will demystify strategy development and provide a clear framework and process to follow.

As a masterclass, it drills down into specific tools, themes and questions to consider, with theory complemented with real-life case studies.

Thanks to our expert presenters from Spark StrategyFelicity Green and Heather Morecroft you’ll leave this webinar equipped with:

      • the ability to run a strategic review process with your colleagues;
      • specific tools and questions to use in strategy development; and
      • a framework to consider COVID-19, its impact and other considerations.
