Wellbeing is now considered a performance capability allowing leaders and teams to perform at their best. Having the resources to meet the challenges that life present means taking care of our body, mind and spirit

In this session we’ll discuss how to equip yourself with tools to stay centred and sustain your wellbeing in times of challenge, change and disruption.  It can be hard to get a creative spark or remain innovative and caring in times of stress, when you’re frazzled or when your passionate verve has been depleted.

We will explore the drivers of wellbeing and give individuals and teams an opportunity to examine their own “wellbeing wheel” to identify the things that work well and areas that need more awareness and attention this year. The session will provide techniques and tools that can be applied at work and home to sustain your verve and replenish your sway.

Leading expert Dr Sally J Rundle will answer questions such as:

  • What is wellbeing and why does it matter?
  • What are the key drivers of wellbeing?

As well as sharing practical tools for sustaining your energy and vitality, feeling confident in yourself and harnessing your dynamism.

You’ll leave with an in-depth understanding of how to enhance your organisation’s capabilities in times of change and stress through individual self-care and wellness.
