Please join us for Volunteering Victoria’s key annual event celebrating National Volunteer Week 2018

Volunteering Victoria invites you to join us for our annual National Volunteer Week Forum, as we explore ethics and leadership in volunteering.

Leaders and managers of volunteers face ethical dilemmas in the workplace brought on by the changing environment for Not For Profits and organisational change. The leadership capability to apply ethical decision-making and create an ethical volunteering culture is often hidden or unrecognised as part of our role.

In this Forum, we explore a framework to apply ethical decision-making, build knowledge on how to create an ethical volunteering culture and share approaches for addressing ethical dilemmas.
