The organisation
No to Violence incorporating Men’s Referral Service (NTV/MRS) is focused on working with men to address the root causes of men’s violence against women. It is a crucial service delivery organisation that provides a men’s support line and referral service; oversight of behaviour change programs; and training for men’s behaviour change practitioners. It is uniquely positioned to provide advocacy and strategic policy advice to government regarding male family violence. NTV/MRS is embarking on a significant phase of growth and transformation, making it an exciting time to join its executive team.
Role summary
You will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategic business planning, provide sound financial and management reporting to the board and ensure that NTV/MRS maintains appropriate corporate governance and legal compliance for its operations.
You will oversee:
- financial management and reporting;
- reporting to NTV/MRS’s government funding organisations;
- contract management with service providers; and
- operational, human resources and administrative management.
Experience and skills required
You have a track record in managing the operations of a community development organisation. Your experience includes:
- financial management and reporting;
- corporate governance;
- strategic business planning;
- human resources; and
- business operations.
Experience of managing contracts and service provision will be highly regarded.
